Responsibilities
- Own real client relationships early with mentorship, structure, and a team behind you
- Lead financial planning conversations that shape how successful families approach retirement, security, and legacy
- Sit in real client meetings by week two to build acumen and confidence
Skills
- Entry-level experience

- Strong verbal communication and a knack for relationship building

- Adaptable and collaborative
- A bachelor's degree (or graduation within six months)
- Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, or client-facing roles
- Degrees in communications, English, or psychology
