Grant Compliance Manager

Alpine Fit PT is seeking a Grants Compliance Manager to provide strategic oversight of all post-award grant compliance and financial monitoring functions for the Agency. This role ensures compliance with funding requirements and oversees the full post-award lifecycle, collaborating with program leadership and finance to safeguard funding integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Interpreting regulatory and contractual requirements (including Uniform Guidance where applicable)
  • Monitoring expenditures for allowability and budget compliance
  • Overseeing preparation and submission of financial and programmatic reports
  • Coordinating responses to funder monitoring visits and audits
  • Leading internal compliance reviews
  • Establishing monitoring frameworks
  • Supporting audit readiness
  • Ensuring compliant grant closeout processes
  • Providing supervision to compliance, reporting, and billing staff
  • Providing regular compliance updates to executive leadership

Skills

  • Associates degree; Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • In lieu of educational requirements, must have GED/High School Diploma, plus one year's experience in grant compliance
  • Must pass criminal background investigation check
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Must provide and maintain current TX Driver's License
  • Must provide and maintain clean driving record and annually update driving record
  • Must provide and maintain current auto liability insurance
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must be able to lift/carry (40) lbs, and ascend/descend stairs in emergency shelter setting
