[Remote] Remote Spanish Conversion - Forex

They are seeking experienced Spanish-speaking Conversion Agents to convert leads into active trading clients and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Contact and convert inbound and outbound leads into depositing clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Explain the company’s products, platforms, and services clearly
• Follow up consistently with leads via phone, email, and messaging channels
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with retention and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Skills

• Proven experience as a Conversion Agent in the Forex/Trading industry
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Target-driven with a strong motivation to earn commissions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a regulated environment (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
