Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent – Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
• Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Working from home in a remote position, utilizing your own laptop or tablet
• Managing multiple tasks at once, adapting to different personalities, and providing excellent communication skills

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and provide excellent customer service
• Must live and reside in the US
