Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

- Working from home in a remote position, requiring a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Qualifications
