Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts by accurately and efficiently entering customer and account data into our systems. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities

* Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits

• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Experience with MS Office and data programs (e.g., Excel, Access)

• Familiarity with administrative duties, such as email handling and calendar management
• Experience using office equipment, like a scanner
• Typing speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm)
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
