Experienced Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist – High-Volume Renewal Quote Generation

We're now seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our team on a 3-6 month contract basis.
About the Role:
As a Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Customer Success team during a high-stakes renewal cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to work through a massive list of renewal customers, generating quotes quickly and accurately using Salesforce. This is a fast-paced, data-heavy role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers to generate and align quotes within Salesforce based on predefined renewal terms.
* Submit quotes for internal approvals when needed and coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure quotes are ready for delivery.
* Targeting 12-15 quotes/day, you'll be working in a high-volume environment that demands speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Interface only with internal stakeholders, with no external communication required.
What You Won't Do:
* No hands-on Salesforce configuration will be required, allowing you to focus on data entry and quote generation.
* You won't be responsible for customer communication or technical troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Ideal Background:
* 1-3 years of experience in data entry, operations, sales support, or customer success is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud or CPQ) is a must, with a strong preference for those with hands-on experience in CPQ.
* Experience preparing quotes, contracts, or renewal documentation will be valuable in this role.
* You should be comfortable navigating spreadsheets and large data sets, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Must be able to work EST or CST, with flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
Bonus Points For:
* Prior experience generating quotes in Salesforce CPQ (no configuration experience required) will be highly valued.
* Experience supporting high-volume renewal or deal processes will demonstrate your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
