Key Responsibilities As a Payroll Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Accurate Data Entry: Accurately input and update employee hours, rates, and payroll data into payroll systems, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Timesheet Verification: Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies with department managers, ensuring that all payroll data is accurate and up-to-date. * Payroll Reporting: Assist with generating payroll reports as needed, providing valuable insights to our clients and stakeholders. * Confidential Records: Maintain confidential payroll records, adhering to the highest standards of data security and confidentiality. * Administrative Support: Support other administrative tasks related to HR, providing a seamless and efficient experience for our clients and team members.
