As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts)
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing computer navigation skills to access and manage customer information and resolve issues
- Typing at a rate of 35-40 words per minute to efficiently process customer transactions
- Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Working overtime as needed, including overnight and weekends, to support our clients during critical situations
- Adhering to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
- Multitasking to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Prior call center experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Great attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and working efficiently
- Computer navigation skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems
- The ability to type at a rate of 35-40 words per minute, with accuracy and efficiency
- Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Openness to working overtime, including overnight and weekends, to support our clients during critical situations
- Adherence to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
Technical Requirements
To work from home, you will need:- A broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
- A hard-wired connection (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
- A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload
- A camera, which will be required to be on during training and work hours (not including breaks and lunches)
