Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing knowledge management systems to access and provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful as an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and knowledge management platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (although training will be provided)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience using live chat software and platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
