The Opportunity

As an Online Chat Representative/Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues.
  • Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Online Chat Representative/Live Chat Agent who possesses:

  • At least 1 year experience within a Client Services or Customer Service role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deal with numerical data.
  • The ability to work as a strong team player and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • The ability to mentor and coach high-performing teams.
