Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
  • Utilize your knowledge of the cruise industry and arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, tourism, business) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with the Arise Platform or similar customer service platforms

  • Knowledge of the cruise industry and its products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
