Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting answers, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs
• Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis that answers business questions for internal clients
• Translating results and making recommendations to business areas based on findings
• Designing and developing packages for internal clients
• Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, assuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following:

+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
• Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience preferred
