Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist to join our 3PX team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for analyzing client requests, identifying patterns and areas for improvement, and driving consistent upgrades to enhance the client experience. Key Responsibilities

* Learn and apply the basics of the arenaflex Private Evaluating System to become an informed authority on client service

• Analyze client assistance information to identify subjects and friction points in the client experience and patterns in the business
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
• Conduct business reviews to provide insights and metrics to key stakeholders
• Develop and implement short-term client solutions while contributing to long-term practical solutions at scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiencies through automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication for enhanced operational performance

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, communications)

• 4+ years of direct client support experience, with a proven track record of identifying and detailing patterns to drive quantifiable outcomes for a complex sales/support organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Preferred Capabilities

* Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the arenaflex offering

• Experience working with data visualization tools and techniques to identify trends and insights
• Ability to rapidly absorb complex information and apply it to drive results
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to work independently through ambiguity and complexity
• Experience working with a large number of stakeholders to influence and gain buy-in
• Proven track record of driving results and achieving goals in a customer-facing role
