Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes. You will be the frontline in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing live chat applications to interact with customers and address their inquiries
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Contract Length and Rate

This is an open-ended contract with no fixed term, offering you the flexibility to work as many or as few hours as you like. You will be paid $35 per hour, providing a competitive rate for your skills and experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity and the ability to use social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Availability to work 10 hours per week during overnight hours
  • Reliable internet connectivity is essential

Hours and Location

You will have the flexibility to work a range of hours, from 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates across the globe with a preference for those based in the United States due to the timing of overnight hours.
