Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including live chat, phone, and email. Your primary goal will be to create raving fans for arenaflex by resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a live chat or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of lighting products and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules available during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
