Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our customers and sales representatives, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring follow-through to shipment
- Providing timely and professional support to customers and sales representatives
- Working closely with the sales, art, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Assisting the national sales team with inquiries, product availability, and order tracking
