Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Research/Customer Insights Intern (Marketing) to join our Strategy and Planning Team. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, analyze data, and contribute to the development of our marketing strategies. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

As a Market Research/Customer Insights Intern (Marketing), you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Analyzing survey data using Excel or SPSS to identify trends and insights
  • Programming and disseminating surveys in our self-service Qualtrics platform to collect data from our members
  • Conducting literature reviews and environmental scans to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations that distill research into digestible format to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Project managing research initiatives, including meetings and attendees, to ensure timely and effective completion of projects

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Majors: Marketing, Marketing Research, Business, or Social Sciences
  • Strong research skills and a desire/interest in healthcare
  • Must be a student enrolled in an accredited college or university at either the junior or senior level (undergraduate or graduate level)
  • GPA 3.25 or above
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and the Internet

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare data
  • Familiarity with market research software and tools, such as Qualtrics
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Experience creating presentations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
