Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Moderator, you'll play a critical role in driving online sales growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to drive online sales growth through chat moderation and customer engagement
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and making data-driven decisions to inform strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive online sales
  • Developing and managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels to expand our reach and drive revenue
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and inform our strategy
  • Working with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Developing and maintaining sales reports to track progress towards goals and make data-driven decisions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and be self-motivated and disciplined
  • Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

  • Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Certification in marketing or sales, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
