Experienced Customer Relationship Representative – Remote Seasonal Opportunity

Our eCommerce department, Proven Winners Direct, has been growing rapidly, and we're looking for talented individuals to help us continue this success. As a Customer Relationship Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand, representing arenaflex through communications with customers over the phone and via email.
Job Summary
As a Customer Relationship Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all eCommerce customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with arenaflex. You'll also be responsible for tracking and documenting customer interactions, identifying patterns of misunderstanding or deficient information, and alerting your supervisor and manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to all eCommerce customers via phone, email, and chat
- Answer phone calls, online questions, chats, and close cases
- Track and document customer interactions from first contact to post-sales feedback through Salesforce with detailed cases to create actionable reports for management
- Identify patterns of misunderstanding or deficient information and alert your supervisor and manager
- Order replacement plants for customers
- Actively participate in all meetings, sharing successes and challenges, asking questions, and providing suggestions for improvement
- Exceed service level expectations with all internal and external customers
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office
- Salesforce experience is a plus, but not a necessity
- Relevant college coursework preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with all fellow employees
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with gardening or horticulture
- Knowledge of Proven Winners plants and products
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
