Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, creating a positive first impression, and building trust with clients through personalized and helpful experiences
  • Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond accordingly
  • Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
