Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our office team in East Hartford, CT. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing transactions, and utilizing our CRM software to manage our service technicians' schedules. If you're a detail-oriented, multi-tasking professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Sign up customers for service plans and schedule service calls as needed
• Utilize CRM software to route and schedule service technicians' daily schedules
• Process credit card payments and manage customer transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar industry

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
• Detail-oriented and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous experience with credit card processing and customer transactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a small office environment

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Ability to work a seasonal full-time schedule (March 1st – December 1st)
• Availability to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
