Responsibilities

As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing detailed information about our clients' products and services, helping customers make informed decisions
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients grow their businesses
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong ability to multitask, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think on your feet and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements

* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

• Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
• Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
• Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
