Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. You'll work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to balance your priorities in and outside of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
- Provide solutions to help plan members better understand their coverage and options.
- Offer empathetic and patient support to customers, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support.
Requirements
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy, and express assurance and confidence.
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90.
