Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Consumer Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting customer success by providing exceptional service, resolving complex customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results
• Asking questions, researching rules and regulations, and resolving daily problems to ensure customer satisfaction
• Receiving regular questions, detailing issues, and addressing more complex problems
• Solving customer problems by researching and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
• Interacting with customers, teams, and management with integrity and professionalism
• Responding to user information and resolving customer problems in a timely and effective manner
• Providing training and support to lower-level staff as needed

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
• A strong understanding of consumer credit card products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, teams, and management with integrity and professionalism
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to monitor multiple computer systems and applications, and use search tools to find information
• Experience achieving results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Effective verbal, written, and personal communication skills
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to quickly learn business and processes
