Job Responsibilities: • Engage with clients via online chat to address inquiries and concerns. • Provide detailed information about our products and services through online chat. • Resolve product issues and troubleshoot client concerns effectively via online chat. • Maintain accurate client records and update interactions in our system. • Stay informed about our evolving products and services to provide up-to-date information. • Actively participate in weekly team meetings and company-sponsored training. Required skills and qualifications: • Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum typing speed of thirty-five words per minute. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Professional and well-groomed appearance • • Ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.
