About the Role

As a Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier customer support to our clients, stores, and partners through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to driving outcomes and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners

  • Utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, using a conversational approach to build rapport and trust
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting arenaflex's values and culture

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
