Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis methods to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content development team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will help us make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
- Collaborate with the content development team to advance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- Passion for media and entertainment
