Key Responsibilities:

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Analyze user behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped user needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
• Streamline content release and episode deployment processes
• Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
