Responsibilities

As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
  • Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and adapting to change and a quick-paced work environment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred).
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to new technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, and a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience with gaming or other fast-paced environments, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive and recreational vehicle industries, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
