Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and chats with energy, positivity, and knowledge to demonstrate our commitment to a customer-first culture
  • Empowering homeowners and broker partners with solutions to their home ownership and closing needs
  • Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate solutions and resolve customer inquiries
  • Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
  • Providing proactive and reactive support to customers, including responding to emails, chats, and phone calls
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting customer interactions and outcomes

Essential Qualifications
