Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Conversational AI and Live Chat Support

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Computerization Development team, focused on the development, discovery, and execution of advanced chat automation capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Product Manager, you will be a key member of our Computerization Development team, responsible for leading the acquisition and integration of continuous product development efforts and defining product requirements that drive opportunities to elevate the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and execution of product roadmaps, defining product requirements, and prioritizing features to meet business objectives
  • Influencing customer information, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
  • Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
  • Working with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature planning
  • Leading customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying ways to improve the experience
  • Analyzing performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and developing clear data-driven product suggestions
  • Maintaining and refining the product backlog, planning customer stories to meet the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value
  • Supporting the definition and development of the product strategy, guiding, releasing, and generally enhancing the customer experience

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of product development, product management, and customer experience principles
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and data science
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI, chat automation, and customer experience principles
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product development tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field

  • Experience working with conversational AI, chat automation, and customer experience platforms
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with product development tools, such as Jira or Asana
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
