Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, taking the time to understand their unique needs and preferences
  • Provide accurate, concise, and helpful responses to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, consistently meeting or exceeding our high standards for customer satisfaction
  • Promote interest in client products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate
  • Consistently achieve established standards of performance, continually striving for improvement and excellence in all aspects of your work
  • Portray and project a positive and professional image, both internally and externally, serving as an ambassador for blithequark and our clients
  • Offer administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our department

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications an asset
