Job Summary

As a part-time remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our operations team by accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining our database. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition. Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as a part-time remote data entry specialist may include:

• Receiving and processing customer orders, including selecting, packing, and shipping products
• Managing inventory levels, including receiving and putting away stock
• Using scanners to read barcodes and track inventory
• Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks
• Troubleshooting problems and ensuring that products meet quality requirements
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
• Lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds, and standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
• Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

You'll be working in a temperature-controlled environment, but temperatures can vary between 60 F and 90 F in some parts of the warehouse. We also provide hearing protection if you need it.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet and operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with moving machines and varying temperatures
• Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Preferred Qualifications
