Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for executing data enrichment tasks, including:

• Reviewing and finalizing enrichment tasks based on the training provided by the client
• Executing credentialing-related duties, such as data entry for applications, verifying vendor resources, and validating board certifications
• Liaising with various state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain status updates and verifications
• Ensuring the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry standards
• Authenticating information submitted by third-party entities utilizing online databases for cross-verification
• Assisting with additional tasks and responsibilities as required

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy
• Proficient command of the English language
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Capacity to excel in a remote work environment
• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

Qualifications

While experience is not required, we prefer candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service-related position. You'll also need to be available to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
