100% Remote from anywhere within one hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103

Schedule:
Flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts, including: + Sunday - Saturday: 7:45AM - 8:15PM + One late night shift + One Saturday or Sunday shift per week
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from Medicare customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on claims, benefits, enrollment, and other Medicare-related topics
- Utilizing multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer inquiries
- Demonstrating empathy and strong problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer concerns
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Call Center Customer Service Experience:
Proven experience in a call center environment, handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
Customer-Focused Competencies:
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
Verbal and Written Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
Navigation Skills:
Ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
eSkills Test:
Must score 80% or above on the eSkills test

Education:
High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
Healthcare Industry Experience:
Previous experience in the healthcare industry
Medicare Experience:
Previous experience working with Medicare customers
Call Center Customer Service Experience:
Inbound call center experience
Medical Background:
Medical background or experience in a related field
