Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our informatics department, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions, analytic research, and data packages to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities

As a data entry specialist with arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and data packages to meet business needs.
• Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings.
• Design and develop packages for internal clients.
• Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
• Transform data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:

+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
• Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience preferred
