Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert-level support to our clients and their customers
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a bonus!)
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to support
Requirements
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (as needed)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
