Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, creating a positive and personalized experience for each caller
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your professionalism and expertise
- Fostering trust and confidence with our clients by actively listening to their needs and responding accordingly
- Proactively resolving customer objections and taking action to meet their needs

- Improving your skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the following areas is a plus:
- Sales or customer service experience in the home services industry
- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
