Job Summary

We're seeking multiple Night Customer Service Representatives to join our existing team, working from the comfort of their own homes. As a Night Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for taking inbound customer calls, providing technical support, and resolving general queries related to EV car chargers. You'll work 5 days a week, with some rota'd weekends on varied shifts between 8 pm - 8 am. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for individuals who share our passion for making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

* Take inbound customer calls related to EV car chargers and provide technical support, general advice, and guidance

  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work on admin tasks between calls to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Utilize IT equipment and customer databases to provide efficient and effective support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or solutions-based role

  • Proven track record of resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or home-based environment

  • Familiarity with customer databases and IT systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
