Position Overview

As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for various data entry tasks and ensuring the accuracy of client profiles. This role features a hybrid work model, with the option to work remotely some days and in the office on others. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, diversity, and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the creation and updating of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Verify and maintain accurate client profile information, including contact details and sales tax details
  • Process online bidder approvals and conduct data entry for clients
  • Generate reports and manage shipping instructions to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Update mailing list entries and process bidder cards to maintain accurate records
  • Track and respond to client surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as necessary, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

  • Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not required

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of data entry experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
