Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics such as payment determinations, claims related to medical and dental procedures, and office and hospital visit costs.
  • Making it easy for customers to work with us by taking ownership of their issues and resolving them over the chat the first time, every time.
  • Being an advocate for health and wellness by educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on healthy living programs that meet their needs.
  • Accessing regular development opportunities and mentorship as you train with the best team in the industry, including extensive, hands-on training and guided on-the-job training.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus, and we encourage candidates with experience in the healthcare industry to apply.
