Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers and merchants through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction, reduce complaints, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with the Merchant Services team to resolve issues and provide support to merchants
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, using tools such as Google Sheets for data analysis and tracking

Key Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools such as Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and effective communication
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
