Job Summary

As a Clinical Support Agent, you will be responsible for receiving initial calls from patients, gathering essential information, and relaying it to our clinicians. This rewarding role requires strong customer service skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and composure. Key Responsibilities

* Receive initial calls from patients and gather essential information

  • Relay information to clinicians to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and questions
  • Navigate challenging situations with professionalism and composure
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians and other team members to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms
