Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our International Voice team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels, utilizing a range of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. If you're a flexible problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers through mail, chat, and phone channels to expedite orders and correct post-sales problems

  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and provide effective solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and effective solutions
  • Meet or exceed productivity and department standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum qualification of 10+2

  • Any graduate or PG is eligible to apply
  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
  • Ability to work in shifts and be flexible with scheduling
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work to ensure productivity and department standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
  • Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
  • Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
