Job Summary

We're seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team, working 3-4 days a week, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled in a timely manner.
  • Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability.

  • Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner.
  • Native U.S. English speaker.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as ZenDesk.
  • Experience working with overseas teams or in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of business tools, such as Slack, JIRA, and Google Drive.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
