Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome of the Help Desk's response
  • Emailing responses to customers to ensure timely updates and exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve complex customer issues and provide coordinated support

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly desirable)
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
