Position Overview

As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through live chat interactions. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate product information in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer problems, document all customer interactions, and update customer records accurately.

Responsibilities

Requirements

- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Live Chat Specialist or similar customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
