[Remote] Provider Data Representative

The Provider Data Representative role involves supporting the accuracy of provider demographic data through outbound calls and providing technical support to providers.
Responsibilities
- Conducts outbound calls to validate accuracy of provider data within directories. Provides excellent customer service while speaking with providers
- Provides problem triaging if needed while engaging with providers on calls
- Ensures calls and issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
- Maintains comprehensive tracking and documentation for all calls and records
- Applies applicable knowledge of the VA or TRICARE program and its related technology in handling service calls
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
Skills
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- At least one year of experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or office environment
- U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
- Effective verbal, written, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field
- VA or TRICARE Program experience
