Home Based Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities

As a Home Based Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Gathering and organizing material for data entry tasks
  • Typing memorandums, reports, and other documents using stipulated word processing software
  • Preparing work in accordance with prescribed formatting guidelines
  • Proofreading assignments and amending mistakes before submission
  • Submitting completed work via email or online portal
  • Filing and storing copies of completed assignments
  • Maintaining a record of completed tasks and logging hours worked
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in pertinent word processing software

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Home Based Data Entry Specialist, you should possess:
